Design Alfredo Häberli

Stammplatz is a warm and quietly distinctive chair, inspired by traditional handmade chairs from the Swiss Alps. Its clear form gives the design a natural, human presence and a restrained architectural character. Originally developed for the Stammtisch tables, it also pairs naturally with other tables in private interiors, restaurants, offices and public spaces. Used in projects including Hyatt Regency The Circle at Zurich Airport (255 rooms), SAP Lab Munich and 25hours Hotel Zurich West, Stammplatz was also exhibited at museum Zentrum Paul Klee in Bern.
